CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY & CERTIFICATIONS
CSR
Volvo Group is committed to a Code of Conduct which describes our intentions of how to behave in business, and how we interact with our stakeholders. Our reputation for corporate trustworthiness around the globe is based on conducting business with integrity – and in compliance with the laws and regulations which govern the activities that we undertake.
Our Code of Conduct is the corporate policy by which we define our position on ethical issues and appropriate business practices.
It consists of 13 principles, covering business, environmental principles, human rights and workplace conditions. These principles are based on the UN Global Compact directive and the international conventions upon which this is based.
The Code of Conduct is applicable to all employees, and we, encourage all of our suppliers, dealers, consultants and other business partners to adopt its principles. A detailed self-assessment process must be carried out by our suppliers, which - along with other CSR documentation - can be found on Volvo Group Global Responsibility. Learn more >
